The Senior Digital Marketing Manager role is focused on evolving and scaling a high-velocity growth engine by leading paid media distribution strategies using AI and automation to drive qualified pipeline targets.
Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize paid media distribution strategy across paid search, social, and emerging media
• Leverage AI and automation to convert real-time signals into performance gains
• Design and run continuous experimentation and conversion optimization loops
• Engage and advance buying groups in target accounts through campaigns
• Utilize performance analytics to move quickly from data signals to pipeline actions
• Audit digital marketing engine and implement optimizations aligned to pipeline goals within 30 days
• Activate AI-powered distribution engine with proof of effectiveness within 60 days
• Deliver a full quarter of wins and identify major growth opportunities by 90 days
Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments
• Proven track record managing and optimizing campaigns and budgets in high-growth settings
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Strong belief in AI as a force multiplier in marketing planning, execution, and optimization

Compensation:
• Base pay range: $126,300 per year to $160,000 per year plus bonus
