Senior Digital Marketeer - North America

Remote - The Netherlands

Join the movement to protect people from scams

The Global Anti-Scam Alliance seeks a Senior Digital Marketeer to build and lead the North America chapter’s marketing function. This role will grow GASA’s brand, membership, and engagement across the United States and Canada.

About the Global Anti-Scam Alliance

GASA is a rapidly growing non-profit that unites governments, law enforcement, consumer authorities, tech companies, financial institutions, cybersecurity experts, and private organizations to share knowledge, raise awareness, and combat scams globally. Our annual global anti-scam summits bring together thought leaders shaping safer digital ecosystems. To increase our local impact, we are establishing regional chapters to foster collaboration and grow our partner network.

Your role

As a Senior Digital Marketeer, you will translate GASA's North America strategy into targeted digital campaigns and customer journeys focused on lead generation, member acquisition, and engagement across LinkedIn, search, email, and other key channels. The role may expand into regions like APAC, LATAM, NEMA, and beyond as we grow globally, with close collaboration alongside the Chapter Director, Global Marketing Team, North America Sales Director, and report directly to the Global Marketing Director.

As Senior Marketing Manager - North America, you will:

  • Plan, build, and optimize always-on and campaign-based digital journeys for priority audiences (regulators, financial institutions, cybersecurity, and telecom partners).
  • Own the end-to-end execution of LinkedIn and paid digital campaigns: audience building, ad creation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Set up and manage lead generation funnels, from landing pages and forms to handover to sales/partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain the digital presence for the Americas summit and North America chapter events, including registration flows, reminder campaigns, and post-event engagement.
  • Create and repurpose digital content tailored to North American audiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to amplify member stories, reports, webinars, and summit outputs via digital channels.
  • Implement and improve marketing automation journeys within our CRM/MA stack.
  • Define and track clear KPI’s for digital activities, build dashboards, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Guard data quality in CRM/marketing tools and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling across campaigns.
  • Manage and challenge agencies and freelancers on performance, creative quality, and timely delivery.

You bring

  • Bachelor or Master in marketing or related field; additional digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • At least eight years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in relevant sectors.
  • Proven track record in LinkedIn advertising, paid search/social, CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Strong skills in building and optimizing lead funnels, from campaign concept to handover.
  • Excellent storytelling and content repurposing capabilities for digital channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with dashboard and experimentation skills (A/B and audience testing, channel mix).
  • Fluent in English with practical experience running campaigns for the North American market.
  • Culturally sensitive with the ability to align global brand guidelines with local market nuances.
  • Based in the Netherlands, able to meet in the Amsterdam/Almere region up to once a week, and with flexibility to support North American hours where needed.

What we offer

  • Meaningful role in a globally recognized non-profit.
  • Opportunity to create real impact in the fight against scams.
  • Collaboration with leading global organizations and experts.
  • Mission-driven, ambitious environment with full remote work and flexible hours.
  • Competitive terms aligned with experience and contribution.
