We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a sizable, intricate engagement in the Nordics. In this critical role, you will establish robust business and technology relationships, guarantee client satisfaction, manage expectations, and collaborate with a geographically dispersed, yet intelligent and proactive team.

In this role, you will be accountable for overall project delivery, client satisfaction, and expectation management.


  • Oversee the delivery of a large, complex engagement in the Nordics and globally
  • Provide technical and engineering expertise to develop, present, and advocate solution architectures and approaches with in-depth technical details
  • Perform solution architecture reviews/audits and calculate and present ROI
  • Assume responsibility for the entire project life cycle, including lead management, bid/financing qualification, solutioning and staffing, client management, delivery, and execution governance
  • Propose innovative solutions to business challenges and processes, utilizing technology to enhance user experiences
  • Manage multiple delivery streams, establish governance at the top management level, and hold governance project meetings to identify successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps
  • Supervise and develop a team of Technology Delivery Managers, offering coaching, mentoring, and development support to elevate delivery capability across the department
  • Ensure consistent weekly planning/reporting cycles, with transparent progress reporting on vision & goals, deliverables & features, issues, risks, and resource allocation throughout the engagement
  • Oversee customer expectations and relationships, identifying opportunities to up/cross-sell products and services via relationship management


  • Demonstrated experience in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management
  • Capability to apply a combination of business acumen and delivery practices to projects for optimal results
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and planning skills, with experience collaborating with nearshore teams preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Emotionally intelligent, humble, and eager for new opportunities
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in an analytical field
  • Proficiency in English
