We are a growth stage company that creates software solutions combining lean principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and machine learning to transform hospital and infusion center operations. More than 190 health systems and over 1,200 hospitals and centers across 49 states rely on our award-winning products and expert change management services to increase patient access, decrease wait times, and reduce healthcare delivery costs. We have raised more than $300 million from top-tier investors such as Bain Capital, Insight Partners, and Goldman Sachs. We have been named among the top 100 AI companies in the world.
The Data Engineering (DE) team is committed to mastering healthcare data and ensuring seamless, accurate data management across our systems. We empower users with high-quality data, enabling data-driven decision-making in operating room management.
The DE team plays a key role in both building and supporting our product. We make sure iQueue for Operating Rooms runs on accurate, reliable data. Even though our software can handle imperfect data, our users expect precision—so data quality is always our top priority.
As part of the Engineering organization, we work closely with other engineers, product managers, and internal teams to solve complex problems. This includes handling customer-specific data requirements, optimizing system scalability, and addressing architectural challenges.
Our office is located in Santa Clara, CA, and for this role, we prefer candidates who can join the team in person about once a month for face-to-face collaboration.
