To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Senior Data BI Analyst.



Missions


  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and project management stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Data Team to understand and enhance the data models of key source systems.
  • Contribute to requirements analysis, creation of technical specifications, and assessment of feasibility.
  • Support the management of the reporting requirements backlog, ensuring priorities are well understood and stakeholder needs are addressed.
  • Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements based on business impact, urgency, and resource constraints.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide progress updates on deliverables.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee changes to data products, including thorough testing as part of each release cycle.
  • Update and maintain test documentation following each release.
  • Contribute to product success by promoting best practices for implementing reporting requirements.
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to support Agile team collaboration.
  • Provide Level 1 support for Power BI reports within the PPM environment.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the PMO team regarding reporting and support.



Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience using Power BI in a business intelligence or data analytics capacity.
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification or an equivalent credential.
  • Extensive knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and proficiency in SQL.
  • Solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in data modeling and integrating data from multiple source systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing requirements backlogs, using Confluence and Jira, and collaborating within Scrum teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
