About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Data & BI Consultant who combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset. As well as being a developer, you will work at the intersection of data, business, and strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable data solutions, engage directly with clients, and translate data into real business value, growth, and decision-making.
What You Will Do
• Design and build modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric
• Develop end-to-end BI solutions (ingestion → transformation → modelling → visualization)
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and semantic models (DAX, performance, scalability)
• Work directly with stakeholders and clients to:
o Understand business challenges
o Translate needs into data-driven solutions
o Drive insights and measurable impact
• Act as a trusted advisor, bridging business and technology
• Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and growth within client environments
• Contribute to shaping best practices, architecture, and ways of working
What You Will Need
• 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o SQL (advanced level)
o Power BI (data modelling, DAX, optimization)
o Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Data Platform
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data/BI solutions in real environments
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
• Strong ability to connect technical solutions to business value
• Solid understanding of data modelling, architecture, and scalability
