Role Description
As a Senior Customer Support Rep, you will oversee and provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. You will manage daily inquiries from technical support issues, create tickets for technical issues, quickly communicate solutions to customers, and collaborate across internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience. Additionally, you will help refine internal processes and contribute to the optimization of support strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or subscription plan business models.
- Strong working knowledge of Stripe, PayPal, Excel, Slack, Jira/Asana
- Comfort managing a high volume of daily inbound inquiries.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot problems and identify patterns in customer feedback.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer-focused roles preferred.
