The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success who can turn early product adoption into lasting, scalable impact. You’ll be responsible for building and leading our customer success function from the ground up—crafting playbooks, scaling relationships, and ensuring every customer becomes an advocate.
This role is ideal for someone who’s energized by early traction, ready to roll up their sleeves, and motivated by ownership. You’ll be a key part of our team, directly influencing customer retention and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Scale: Build and manage a small but high-impact customer success team as we grow. Define key CS metrics and scalable processes from scratch.
- Own the Onboarding Journey: Map and optimize the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and training through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Drive Retention and Expansion: Ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes using Neurality AI, while proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act Fast and Smart: Use data, empathy, and startup scrappiness to prioritize where we invest our time and resources for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in customer success or client services, ideally with B2B SaaS or health tech
- Experience building or scaling CS functions at an early-stage startup
- Clear understanding of healthcare workflows and/or practice operations
- Exceptional communicator—equally comfortable with front-line staff and C-level execs
- Highly organized, metrics-oriented, and proactive in identifying problems before they arise
- Strong familiarity with CS and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk)
