Senior Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)
Raanan Media is looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Strategist to support a growing portfolio of ecommerce and direct-to-consumer clients.
We’re looking for someone who understands how creative drives growth. You don’t need to come from the VSL space, but you should have experience developing creative strategy for high-growth brands and performance marketing campaigns.
We’re especially interested in people who have worked with exciting consumer brands across ecommerce, subscription, beauty, wellness, fitness, apparel, SaaS, or other high-growth businesses.
The right person can identify opportunities, develop creative concepts, collaborate with media buyers and creative teams, and help shape campaigns that are built to perform.
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing creative angles, hooks, and campaign concepts
- Analyzing winning ads, customer insights, and competitor creative
- Creating creative briefs and testing roadmaps
- Collaborating with media buyers, editors, copywriters, designers, and founders
- Translating customer insights into compelling advertising
- Reviewing campaign performance and identifying new creative opportunities
- Helping brands build scalable creative systems
What We’re Looking For
- Experience developing creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other paid social platforms
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong creative instinct
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and direct response marketing
- Experience working with ecommerce, DTC, subscription, wellness, beauty, fitness, apparel, SaaS, or other consumer brands
- VSL experience is welcome, but not required
This is a remote role, and we’re flexible in how we structure it. Depending on the right candidate and the needs of our clients, this could begin as project-based work, an ongoing freelance engagement, or evolve into a longer-term part-time or full-time opportunity.
