Role Description
This is a part-time (3-4 days), remote role for a Senior Compliance Officer. The Senior Compliance Officer will oversee compliance management and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, assessing risk factors, staying updated on regulatory changes, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Compliance Management and a deep understanding of Regulatory Compliance principles
- Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to evaluate complex financial and operational data
- Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with clients, regulators, and internal teams
- Solid background in Finance and understanding of financial regulations
- Experience in trust, tax, legal, or related professions is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
