The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced CRA II or Senior CRA to support Phase Ib–III studies across a range of therapeutic areas.
You will work independently, conduct regular on‑site monitoring within the Netherlands, and support sites to ensure high standards of delivery and compliance throughout the study life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent on‑site monitoring visits.
- Manage assigned sites throughout the Netherlands.
- Ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations.
- Build strong site relationships and support recruitment, data quality, and protocol compliance.
- Prepare monitoring reports, follow‑up letters, and relevant documentation to a high standard.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Europe to support efficient study delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ independent monitoring experience (CRA II or early Senior CRA).
- Experience across Phase I–III clinical trials.
- Background in Neurology or Cardiology is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable managing multiple protocols and competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
- Strong communication and site‑management skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
