Accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, building deep relationships across all organizational levels.
- Develop, own, and execute comprehensive client success plans, ensuring client goals and KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to deliver seamless solutions and address client needs.
- Monitor client health, identify risks, and implement strategies to prevent churn or issues proactively.
- Drive renewal, expansion, and advocacy initiatives, managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial outcomes.
- Act as a problem solver, providing both strategic guidance and technical insight to optimize client campaigns and processes.
- Participate in pre-sales discovery conversations as needed to align client expectations with solution capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in enterprise client management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, delivering measurable outcomes and fostering long-term relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience analyzing client data, martech strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in renewals, contract negotiations, and account expansion.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Preferred: experience in email and digital marketing, personalization and optimization technologies, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000 annually, with potential adjustments based on experience and location.
