Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, recruitment, consulting, leadership, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and managing independent workflows
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
