We're hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Spain and Portugal by forging high-impact retail partnerships across multiple categories — from fashion to fitness, tech to beauty.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and grow business development across the Spanish & Portuguese retail markets
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners across fashion, beauty, tech, sports, and lifestyle
- Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach to negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Represent the business at events and client meetings
- Keep CRM up to date and report on sales performance
- Strategize and experiment to improve retail acquisition
Who You Are:
- 3–4+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- A strong network in the retail sector (fashion, beauty, sports, lifestyle, tech)
- Excellent communicator — confident both virtually and in person
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in Spanish, professional English (Portuguese is a bonus!)
- Comfortable in a hybrid role: remote work + regular travel to meet clients
