Senior Business Development Manager
Are you an experienced Solutions Sales professional looking to start or looking to expand your experience in Sales of AI solutions? Are you interested in working for an international market leading Technology reseller that are creating a new Transformation team? Do you have a proven track record of consultative sales within the DACH region? If so this could be the perfect next Senior Business Development Manager role role for you.
You will be joining a 100 percent remote enterprise sales team that are currently focussed on Business Development of new and existing accounts within Switzerland. The organisation initially operated purely as a Software reseller but are now at the beginning of a new journey as a result of partnering with an AI provider that enables significant automation, and as such allows them to now offer transformation services.
As a Senior Sales Consultant / Business Development manager you will be responsible for selling transformation and change projects to clients based in Switzerland. The team work completely across all major industries in Switzerland including financial services as well as life sciences and need someone that is fluent in German, ideally Swiss German and capable or selling to C suite professionals.
Although the starting point of this role will be the sales of existing systems within existing clients, there is an expectation that you will be able to also identify new opportunities in new clients.
Alongside the base salary, there is a generous OTE and expected annual target of between 1 to 1.5m CHFs sales, with the average deal size spanning between 500,000 to 1m plus with an average of 6 to 18 month sales cycle.
The company has an office here in Switzerland but you will be able to work fully remotely from wherever suits you, as long as you can travel to clients within Switzerland - for which you will receive a first class GA train ticket.
