The Senior Business Development Manager – Marketplaces will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of new revenue streams through marketplace channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on expanding our presence in online marketplaces, with a strong emphasis on building and converting a robust sales pipeline.
You will take full ownership of this growth area, driving marketplace performance while actively contributing to ReUse's broader strategic initiatives within the circular economy and reuse space. Your success will be measured by your ability to scale marketplace partnerships, unlock new business opportunities, and support the ongoing evolution of our go-to-market approach.
This is a remote role where you’ll be trusted to work with autonomy and impact. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary of between €90,000 - €100,000, a generous OTE bonus structure, and a car allowance.

What will you be doing as our Senior Business Development Manager – Marketplaces:
- Shape the product roadmap for marketplaces, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business goals
- Act as the go-to marketplace channel expert, collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
- Leverage deep expertise to co-create the go-to-market strategy for marketplace expansion
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients — deeply understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that add real value
- Align every opportunity with brand sales KPIs to drive targeted growth and measurable results
- Ensure precise reporting and forecasting of all sales activities, keeping the pipeline transparent and performance-focused
What we need from our Senior Business Development Manager – Marketplaces:

- You’re fluent in pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecasting, and you use this insight to make strategic decisions that drive results
- You’re comfortable diving into CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to uncover insights, streamline operations, and optimise team performance
- Your verbal and written communication skills are clear, persuasive, and always on point
- You able to speak both Dutch & English at a conversational and business level
- You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage
