- Conduct structured conversations to identify goals, assess fit, and outline next steps.
- Present program details clearly using provided scripts, presentations, and digital resources.
- Guide individuals through the onboarding process and engage them early.
- Consistently follow established systems, workflows, and communication standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and progress.
- Collaborate with a global team while managing your own schedule and performance.
