Interested in using your Business Development expertise to join a global leader in the Hydrogen space?
The team are already an Electrolyzer market-leader across the US and Western EU, and as a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll act as first boots on the ground in the Nordics, expanding their footprint in these markets as a Regional Lead.

- Industry Leaders: You'll join one of Europe's most established Green Hydrogen teams with an existing presence across Sweden / Norway / Denmark. You will act as a Regional Lead and local subject matter expert as they continue to expand their market presence in these areas.
The role:
- Drive business development and market expansion in the Nordics, identifying and prioritising new hydrogen and green molecule opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships, often from scratch, represent the team are fairs / conferences across the region, and collaborate closely with global teams while operating independently and aligned with HQ.
- You’ll be the first commercial presence in your region, with full ownership of customer engagement and opportunity development.
Ideally, you’ll have a combination of:
- Strong regional network and market knowledge in hydrogen or green molecules (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland)
- Proven business development or sales experience in hydrogen, EPC, energy infrastructure, or related clean tech
- A clear hunter mentality, proactive, self-driven, and comfortable opening doors independently
- Bonus: Track record of building new markets or regional presence from scratch
Location: This is a fully remote role, with regular travel back to HQ to Germany for workshops, leadership offsites, and training and development (more / less dependent on your preferences.
