Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the global rollout of an integrated claims management platform for commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis for a global claims platform, including migration from an existing claims tracking solution
- Run workshops and interviews with business and IT stakeholders across multiple countries
- Produce high quality Business Analysis deliverables: business and functional requirements, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria, As-Is and To-Be process flows and user journeys
- Analyse and reconcile complex, multi-country requirements, distinguishing between truly local needs and those that can be standardised globally
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects and delivery teams
- Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and UAT with clear testable requirements
Required Experience
- Strong background in claims management within commercial insurance
- Proven track record on claims system implementation or replacement projects, ideally with international scope
- Proficient with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio or similar BA and collaboration tools
- Self-driven, structured and comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment
- English speaking
