We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst & Consultant – Banking to support financial services organizations in delivering digital transformation, process optimization, and technology-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate banking requirements into business and IT solutions; lead projects with a focus on process automation and optimization
- Facilitate workshops, create specifications, define data models/interfaces, and perform testing
- Prepare management documents and presentations; mentor junior analysts and coordinate teams
- Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration across business and IT
Requirements
- Degree in banking, finance, business, or informatics
- Experience as Business Analyst/Engineer in IT projects (banking preferred); agile (Scrum) knowledge
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with documentation tools; SQL a plus; proactive, flexible, ownership mindset
- Fluent in German and English
