Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive the development, planning, and implementation of commercial strategies at both corporate and departmental levels.
- Coordinate and lead initiatives across commercial teams and the wider organization.
- Contribute to commercial innovation, including enhancements to our go-to-market model, pricing strategies, and more.
- Provide strategic and tactical advice to commercial leadership and executive management.
- Conduct analysis of customers, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Screen and evaluate potential partnerships.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support management and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A combination of technical and business education (e.g., Engineering + MBA) is highly valued.
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, M&A/Transactions, or a similar strategic role within industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in strategic development, analysis, project management, business development, or M&A.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Commercially oriented with solid business acumen.
- Self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively across an organization.
