We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to work hands-on with mature Agile delivery teams in an enterprise environment.
This is not a Project Manager role. The focus is on coaching established Agile teams to refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and improve how they deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster adoption of Agile principles across teams and departments, aligned with enterprise strategy
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to advance maturity and performance
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and key delivery events
- Support adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery and influence leadership to support change
- Develop and manage Agile maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics
- Deliver training to build Agile capability across teams and leadership
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning
Required Experience
- 8–10+ years working in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training
- Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Demonstrated experience coaching mature Agile teams and advancing their practices
- Experience guiding teams through continuous improvement cycles using servant leadership principles
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Ability to influence change, drive cross-functional collaboration, and resolve complex delivery challenges
- Experience working with Agile metrics and measuring team maturity improvements
- Advanced facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies, workshops, and problem-solving sessions
What We Are Looking For
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Direct experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Coaching teams beyond basic framework implementation
- Applying Agile principles in day-to-day delivery work, not just managing projects using Agile terminology
- Experience working with teams that have several years of Agile practice, including long-established teams
Important Clarification
This role is not focused on:
- Project management, timelines, or budget ownership
- Introducing Agile to new teams
- Tool-based coaching (e.g., Jira setup, backlog basics)
- Short-term Agile transformation engagements
- The objective is to help existing Agile teams refine and elevate their mindset, practices, and collaboration.
