  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to advance maturity and performance
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and key delivery events
  • Support adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery and influence leadership to support change
  • Develop and manage Agile maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics
  • Deliver training to build Agile capability across teams and leadership
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and learning

Required Experience

  • 8–10+ years working in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training
  • Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks

  • Experience guiding teams through continuous improvement cycles using servant leadership principles

Required Skills

  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to influence change, drive cross-functional collaboration, and resolve complex delivery challenges
  • Experience working with Agile metrics and measuring team maturity improvements
  • Advanced facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies, workshops, and problem-solving sessions

What We Are Looking For

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Direct experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Coaching teams beyond basic framework implementation
  • Applying Agile principles in day-to-day delivery work, not just managing projects using Agile terminology
  • Experience working with teams that have several years of Agile practice, including long-established teams

Important Clarification

This role is not focused on:

  • Project management, timelines, or budget ownership
  • Introducing Agile to new teams
  • Tool-based coaching (e.g., Jira setup, backlog basics)
  • Short-term Agile transformation engagements
  • The objective is to help existing Agile teams refine and elevate their mindset, practices, and collaboration.
