Typical deal sizes range from SEK 200M to SEK 3Bn enterprise value.
We are inviting senior professionals with established PE relationships to join our Senior Advisor / Introducer Programme on a performance-based model.
The opportunity
We are looking for experienced professionals who can:
• Provide access to relevant PE investment directors and deal teams
• Position VAERG in live transactions where commercial robustness is being assessed
• Leverage established relationships within the PE and M&A ecosystem
Engagement can be structured in two ways:
• Introducer role – You initiate the relationship, and VAERG leads all commercial dialogue and delivery
• Full-cycle advisory role – You remain involved through the commercial process and closing
The scope and compensation structure are aligned with your level of involvement.
Compensation model
We operate a transparent, performance-based structure with no fixed obligations.
Introduction fees are paid per closed assignment.
Repeat client bonuses apply to follow-on engagements.
Compensation reflects contribution, involvement and long-term relationship value.
