What You’ll Do
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Participate in monthly closing processes, forecasting, budgeting, and customer billing.
- Assist with the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes.
- Research and analyze expense variances for company management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Optimize accounting processes and contribute to ERP system improvements and integrations.
- Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and support decision-making with accurate data.
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in international environments.
- Native in spanish with a high level of English (B2 or above); other languages are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
