Job summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
We are looking for a:
Senior Account Executive UK based (remote)
Key responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Taking care of portfolio of existing accounts and building relationships with key stakeholders
Acquiring new accounts in accordance with sales strategy
Managing end-to-end sales process
Value based selling through ROI calculations and business case development
Understands the value of a multi-threaded sales strategy and can implement this strategy on deals of all sizes
Understanding customer requirements through pragmatic research of user requirements (e.g. accompanying users in field for several days) and provide tailored solutions
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Solution selling to build long-term relationships with customers while delivering short-term results
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Ensuring customer success on an ongoing basis through in-person meetings and involvement of the appropriate departments (project management, support, customer success, engineering etc.
Participation in and organisation of industry-focused events
Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar sales role in a SaaS organization
Very good knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and pipeline management to drive revenue
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Deep understanding of the company´s business and of the market
Strong negotiation abilities to close deals for achieving sales targets
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Being and able to adjust strategies based on market conditions and client feedback
Organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
