What you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional direct-hire roles
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and define tailored search strategies
- Build and grow client relationships while driving new business opportunities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruiting methods
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline (active & passive talent)
- Lead offer processes, including negotiations and placement management
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry insights, and talent mapping
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems
- Support onboarding processes and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success
What you bring
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or executive search (mid–senior level roles)
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing strategies
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
