About the Outbound Sales Development Representative (Italian Market) job offer


At Nuclio Talent, we are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (Italian Market) for one of the most promising scale-ups in the national ecosystem.


What are the key responsibilities of an SDR?


  • You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
  • You will proactively contact potential clients through different outbound channels, with the goal of identifying needs, challenges, and areas for improvement in their processes.
  • These meetings will be handled by our consulting team, who will take care of closing the sale, making teamwork a key part of your success.
  • You will carry out consultative outbound sales calls, identifying client needs and pain points.


What skills do you need to succeed in this role?


  • At least 6 months of cold calling sales experience.
  • Experience using sales CRM’s: Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience using video conferencing tools: Zoom, etc.
  • Native Italian, and fully proficient in English and/or Spanish.
  • You are a team player with strong communication and expression skills.
  • A plus: Experience selling SaaS or digital products.
