Our client is seeking an experienced contract based Scrum Master to support and guide a consumer-facing appointment booking platform delivered across web, iOS, and Android channels.

Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Drive Agile adoption and help transition an existing project and team to Agile delivery methodologies
- Coach development, product, and stakeholder teams on Agile principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown metrics, and delivery commitments
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure requirements readiness
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
- Facilitate communication between development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Support delivery of consumer-facing web and mobile applications
- Promote transparency, accountability, and team ownership throughout the software delivery lifecycle
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
- Proven experience implementing or transitioning teams to Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile delivery frameworks, and Agile metrics
- Experience supporting web and mobile application development projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, Development, and QA
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
- Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products or mobile applications
- Experience working with iOS and Android development teams
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Experience in product-focused organizations and digital transformation initiatives
- Previous experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams
