As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant-leader and coach, ensuring that Agile principles are understood and practiced, while fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. What you’ll be working on

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements).
  • Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust within the team.
  • Support the Product Owner/Project Manager in refining and managing the product backlog.
  • Help the team measure and improve their performance through metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, throughput).
  • Encourage continuous improvement by guiding teams through retrospectives and process adaptations.
  • Act as a bridge between the team and the wider organization, helping stakeholders understand and embrace Agile ways of working.
  • Partner with other Scrum Masters in the Process Excellence department to align practices across business units and share learnings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and security standards in all Agile practices.

About you – preferred requirements for this role 

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Lean principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within and across teams.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe-SM) preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams is a plus.
