OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams in implementing Scrum practices, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement for successful project delivery.
Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and self-organization to maximize productivity.
Remove impediments, resolve blockers, and protect the team from external distractions.
Support product owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Track sprint progress, metrics, and team performance using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
2+ years as Scrum Master or in agile environments; experience with software development teams.
Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and knowledge of SDLC.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience scaling agile (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or in hybrid methodologies (Scrum-Kanban).
