Position: Atmospheric, Earth, Marine, and Space Sciences Teachers (Postsecondary)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $55–$104 per hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver postsecondary-level instructional content across atmospheric, earth, marine, and space sciences
- Develop and present lectures, coursework, and learning materials for undergraduate and graduate-level topics
- Evaluate and grade assignments, examinations, laboratory work, and field-based activities
- Supervise and guide student research projects, including laboratory and field investigations
- Utilize scientific computing, visualization tools, and geospatial software to support instruction
- Leverage learning management systems to administer courses, track progress, and manage academic records
- Provide subject-matter expertise and feedback to support AI-driven educational resource development
Requirements
- Strong experience teaching postsecondary courses in atmospheric, earth, marine, or space sciences
- Strong experience with scientific and computational tools including Ansys Fluent, MATLAB, IGOR Pro, Mathematica, and ESRI ArcGIS/ArcInfo
- Strong experience using learning management systems such as Blackboard, Desire2Learn, Sakai CLE, or similar platforms
- Strong experience with digital content creation tools including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Voxler
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for instruction and collaboration
- Strong organizational, grading, and academic record-keeping skills
- Ability to design and manage laboratory and field-based learning experiences
