Requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Dragonfly Cares' school based program growth objectives
- Collaborate with department heads and school program managers to forecast staffing needs and create proactive sourcing plans
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for school-based clinical and paraprofessional roles
- Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect school-based role requirements and company culture
- Post job openings on various platforms, including the company website, job boards, and social media channels
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates for school-based positions
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for school-based roles
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, availability, and fit for school environments
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, utilizing behavioral and competency-based techniques
- Provide interview feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and school program supervisors
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks and fingerprinting required by school districts
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR, school program teams, and relevant school districts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing all school-based ABA cases, including BCBA and RBT roles
- Proactively reach out to current staff to discuss availability, interest in school cases, and capacity to take on new or additional school based assignments
- Match existing staff to open school cases based on availability, skill set, location, and client needs coordinating directly with clinical supervisors to ensure appropriate fit
- Coordinate with school districts to confirm placement requirements, scheduling logistics, credentialing documentation, and any district-specific onboarding procedures
- Act as the liaison between Dragonfly Cares and school district contacts (e.g., special education directors, program administrators) to manage expectations, communicate timelines, and resolve placement issues
- Maintain an up to date staffing matrix for all school-based cases, tracking open positions, pending placements, confirmed staff, and case coverage status
- Communicate regularly with school district partners to address staffing gaps, provide status updates on open cases, and ensure continuity of services for students
- Monitor school case schedules and proactively identify and address coverage gaps due to staff turnover, leave, or caseload changes
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure all school placements meet compliance requirements, including district credentialing, and applicable state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing coordination tools
- Generate recruitment metrics and staffing reports to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategies and case coverage rates
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment and school staffing coordination
- Report regularly to leadership on open school cases, placement timelines, and district partnership status
Requirements
- Staffing coordination( Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing all school-based ABA cases, including BCBA and RBT roles.)
- Position is remote, however must reside in New York State
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the ABA, behavioral health, or special education sector.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, staff, and school district stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and staffing assignments, prioritizing tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
- Experience as a Provider, providing direct services to children and or adults with autism or other developmental disabilities.
