Role Objective
CyJurII Scholar is an early-career researcher and legal practitioner dedicated to bridging the "legal vacuum" in the digital realm. This role focuses on the evolution of traditional legal rules within cyberspace and the analysis of global cyber case laws.
Core Responsibilities
Case Law Analysis: Conduct rigorous research into judicial decisions involving digital litigation, identifying trends in legal formalism and realism.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work across the Technology Context and Data Governance units to ensure legal theories are grounded in technical reality.
Knowledge Production: Contribute to the initiative's academic infrastructure by producing high-quality research papers and articles.
Collaborative Projects: Participate in or co-lead at least two collaborative research projects annually.
Institutional Growth: Support the development of CyJurII’s journals and international academic presence.
