- Office experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of CPT-ICD 10
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting emphasizing patient scheduling
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance patient interactions
- Additional certifications related to patient access or scheduling
