- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient access and care
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Radiology Scheduling or Patient Access experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of insurance payors, medical terminology, and familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Strong compassion and commitment to providing quality, safe patient care
- Ability to multitask effectively in a healthcare environment
- Previous office experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
