What You'll Do:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of complex global interview scheduling and meeting logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Engage with candidates and hiring managers, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all recruiting activities and workflows within multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring recruitment process compliance and system administration.
- Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of requests, consistently meeting service level agreements.
- Collaborate on special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruiting operations.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Solid experience and confidence with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams), Slack, and/or Google products (Calendars, e-mail, Sheets, etc).
- Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience, specifically iCIMS and Eightfold are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven record of follow-through.
- A strong customer service mindset and a process-driven approach.
- Proven ability to take direction and execute a plan effectively.
