About the Role
We are looking for an Entry-Level Scheduler to join ou team. This role is responsible for supporting daily scheduling activities, ensuring accurate coordination, and maintaining workforce coverage across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain employee schedules based on business needs.
- Monitor schedule changes, time-off requests, and shift adjustments.
- Coordinate with team leads and managers to ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Assist in forecasting staffing needs and optimizing schedule efficiency.
- Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to employees.
- Track attendance, adherence, and other schedule-related metrics.
- Support the Workforce Management team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (administration, business, HR, or related field) preferred; open to recent graduates.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
- Availability to work fully in PST timezone.
