GeekSoft is looking for a seasoned Senior SAP Project Manager to drive complex, large-scale global deployments of SAP S/4HANA. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for the end-to-end digital transformation of a major multinational organization. You will orchestrate global project timelines, manage high-performing cross-functional teams, and ensure technical excellence across the S/4HANA platform.

  • Experience: 10+ years in SAP environments, specifically in functional lead or PM roles.

  • S/4HANA Expertise: Must have led multiple full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.

  • Global Exposure: Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects in multinational organizations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Certified Project Manager (Highly Preferred).

  • EU-authorized Employees/ contractors.




    • Requirements

    Project Leadership & Global Execution

    • Own and manage all phases of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (Planning, Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, Cutover, and Support).

    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of multiple global work streams.

    • Drive "Go-Live" readiness and post-implementation stability.

    Governance, Scope & Budget

    • Define project milestones and deliverables in alignment with executive stakeholders.

    • Implement robust governance to manage scope creep, mitigate risks, and handle escalations.

    • Ensure strict adherence to project budgets while maintaining high-quality functional standards.

    Stakeholder Management & Communication

    • Act as the primary SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for project communications.

    • Provide transparent, data-driven updates to executive leadership regarding milestones and roadblocks.

    • Facilitate conflict resolution across diverse, global teams.


    TECHNICAL STACK & SKILLS


    • Primary Tools: JIRA (Advanced), SAP S/4HANA, MS Project.

    • Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate (Hybrid).

    • Core Competency: Large-scale, end-to-end ERP deployment.
