Our client, a top healthcare company, is looking to fill a role to lead the SAP MM (Materials Management) implementation. The candidate will be responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients and also grow its usage by onboarding Portal and B2B suppliers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the SAP Material Management platform and lead both a) requirements gathering with local leads and b) roll up their sleeves to assist with the configuration

Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end SAP MM implementation for the client’s healthcare environment
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP MM functionality, best practices, and configuration
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training for business stakeholders and end users
- Support onboarding of Portal and B2B suppliers to improve SAP MM adoption
- Coordinate and execute requirements gathering sessions with local process leads
- Perform hands-on SAP MM configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure system integration and solution integrity
- Deliver documentation, status updates, and project artifacts as required
- Extensive experience as a Senior Consultant leading SAP MM implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM configuration and support
- Proven ability to lead requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience onboarding Portal and B2B suppliers within SAP environments
- Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- SAP MM certification
- Experience in the healthcare industry or regulated environments
- Knowledge of related SAP modules such as WM, Ariba, or SD
- Prior experience in multi-site or global implementation projects
