Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of SAP FS-PM solutions tailored to client requirements
- Work across both functional and technical teams to analyze, design, and enhance business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions
- Provide guidance and support during various project phases including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality deliverables
- Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure adoption of implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FS-PM implementations
- Strong understanding of insurance and financial services industries
- Proven experience in both functional and technical roles, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
- Knowledge of configuration and customization of SAP FS-PM
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
