🌍 Join Flobar's Nordic Sales Network – Drive Flood Protection & Environmental Solutions

We're seeking top-performing Regional Sales Managers to establish and lead Flobar's sales network

across the Nordic region. You'll represent industry-leading flood barriers, fire-water management,

and environmental containment solutions to municipalities, fire departments, property owners,

architects, and industrial facilities.


THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, or Denmark)

• Build long-term relationships with municipalities, fire services, facilities management teams, and architects

• Present and sell advanced flood protection barriers, fire-water containment, spill prevention solutions

• Travel regularly within your region to meet clients and demonstrate products

• Work independently with high autonomy and full responsibility for your territory's growth

• Manage your own time, targets, and client pipeline


YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for someone with:


MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

✓ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably to public sector, facilities, or industrial clients

✓ Track record of consultative, solution-based selling (not transactional sales)

✓ Native or fluent language skills in your target country (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)

✓ Good English communication skills

✓ Valid category B driving license and regular access to a car

✓ Self-motivated, independent working style with proven entrepreneurial drive

✓ Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences


MERITING FACTORS:

  • Prior experience selling to municipalities, government bodies, or regulated industries
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, or safety standards
  • Experience with construction, facilities, property management, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience in sales roles with commission-based compensation
  • Technical background (engineering, construction, environmental science)

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Position: Regional Sales Manager (Commission-Based)

Employment: Full-time, employed by Swedish-based Flobar AB

Salary: Commission-based salary model

Contract: Full-time position with 6-month trial period

Reporting: To Flobar Head Office (Sales Director)

Location: [STOCKHOLM / GOTHENBURG / COPENHAGEN / OSLO / HELSINKI] region

Travel: 40-50% within your region
