Responsibilities

At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit one Sales Training Manager- EMEA for our Fertility Solutions portfolio. You will be part of a dynamic global team of trainers and work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as marketing, commercial and medical affairs. This position is remote, with preferable location in EMEA. A willingness to travel 50% of the time is expected in this role.

This role will report into the Global Director of Sales Training, based in Spain and liaise closely with EMEA Fertility VP, Commercial Director and Regional Sales Managers, and Sr. Director of Global training.

Position

In this role you will be accountable for developing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of all training initiatives and programs. You will implement training programs to ensure both direct and distributor sales representatives can safely and efficiently promote CooperSurgical Fertility solutions products and services. Additionally, this role will participate in Task Groups to develop support to Commercial and Marketing campaigns to ensure correct transfer of learning to the Sales Teams.

Through the training activities including visits in the field with sales colleagues, you will help ensure the quality of sales training in the field sales organization, given them greater understanding of customers behaviour, improves selling and negotiation techniques to support the growing business objectives for medical device portfolio. This profile will be giving input to the financial budget that ensures educational strategies and training programs align with the regional business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and facilitate sales and product training programs, especially New Hire programs (Sales Academy)
  • Establish objectives and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities
  • Create and manage training material and models
  • Provide input, support, and training for local affiliates
  • Participate in selected Campaign Task Groups
  • Manage and guide local Certified Regional Trainers (CRTs)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor or MSc in relevant Business, Educational, or Science
  • + 4-6 years of experience medical devices, preferable within Fertility
  • Solid experience from sales and/or training roles in Medical Industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Influential communication skills
  • Good networking and collaborative behaviour
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory, one additional European Language is a plus
