🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, engage, and convert new family office and wealth management clients across Switzerland.
- Present WealthTech solutions that optimize portfolio management, reporting, and client workflows.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of Investments, Family Office principals).
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client onboarding and adoption.
- Deliver product demos, proposals, and ROI-focused presentations to prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-growing tech-driven environment.
- Stay informed on wealth management trends, technology innovations, and competitive landscape.
💡 What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in wealth management, family offices, or fintech/WealthTech.
- Strong understanding of wealth management workflows, portfolio reporting, and investment operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for clients.
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; local language skills (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
- Based in Switzerland or eligible to work there.
