Our client, a leading WealthTech provider, is transforming how family offices and wealth managers manage their investments and client portfolios. They are seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join their Swiss team and help expand their footprint in this high-growth market.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, engage, and convert new family office and wealth management clients across Switzerland.
  • Present WealthTech solutions that optimize portfolio management, reporting, and client workflows.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of Investments, Family Office principals).
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client onboarding and adoption.
  • Deliver product demos, proposals, and ROI-focused presentations to prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-growing tech-driven environment.
  • Stay informed on wealth management trends, technology innovations, and competitive landscape.


💡 What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in wealth management, family offices, or fintech/WealthTech.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management workflows, portfolio reporting, and investment operations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; local language skills (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
  • Based in Switzerland or eligible to work there.
