A fast-growing, technology-driven logistics company is expanding its commercial team across the Nordic region. The business is transforming international freight forwarding through a modern, digital-first platform designed to make global shipping faster, simpler, and more transparent.
We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Sales Specialist with proven freight forwarding sales experience. This role is ideal for a top closer who excels at converting qualified opportunities into new business. All leads are already provided; the focus is on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-qualified inbound and warm leads provided by the business
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customers’ freight forwarding requirements
- Own the sales process from opportunity to close, with a strong focus on conversion
- Guide customers through onboarding and their first shipment in collaboration with internal teams
- Consistently close new business and exceed revenue and conversion targets
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
Candidate Profile
- Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
- Demonstrable experience in freight forwarding sales (air, sea, road, or multimodal)
- Proven track record as a high-performing closer with clear evidence of winning new business
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven sales environment
- Proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
- CRM experience is beneficial but not required
