Role Overview:
We are currently hiring a team of driven, high-performing sales professionals to join our influencer management division. This is a full-time remote Sales Representative role. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing relationships, and facilitating talent partnerships with brands. Daily tasks include conducting outreach to prospects, presenting services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with client goals. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage sales pipelines effectively. This role is focused on securing brand partnerships for our roster of creators by pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source and develop relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
• Pitch creator talent for paid partnerships, campaigns, and long-term collaborations
• Negotiate deal terms, pricing, and deliverables in alignment with company standards
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Stay up to date on industry trends, platform changes, and brand activity
