As the Sales Representative, you will manage and grow client relationships across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and market penetration in the region.
You will work according to an ISO 13485-certified quality management system. In addition, you will contribute to building a culture of business excellence and transparent communications.

- Grow our business in the assigned region
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers
- Guide and inspire customers through various communication channels
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, opinion leaders, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
- Participate in professional organizations and attend dedicated conferences and exhibitions
- This role reports to the Sales Manager
- 2+ years of successful experience in a related field
- Ambitious, result-oriented, and driven with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities
- Results-driven, action-oriented, and passionate about making a positive customer impact
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus
