Role
A results-driven hunter with 3–5 years of experience in the outsourced development industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the UK and North America and requires the flexibility to travel for US-based client meetings.

Role
A results-driven hunter with 3–5 years of experience in the outsourced development industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the UK and North America and requires the flexibility to travel for US-based client meetings.
Tasks
- Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to identify companies in need of technical talent.
- Performing initial discovery calls to qualify technical requirements and budget fit.
- Presenting the firm’s portfolio and case studies to prospective technical and business buyers.
- Coordinating with internal delivery managers to provide accurate project estimates.
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads within the software outsourcing niche.
- Acting as the primary point of contact from initial lead generation through to contract closing.
- Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the account management or delivery teams.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of current tech trends (e.g., Cloud, AI, Mobile) to sell effectively.
