About PySquad:

PySquad is a fast-scaling technology company specializing in AI-driven solutions, enterprise-grade Python development, and modern backend/frontend stacks. With successful projects delivered across AI, ERP, LMS, CMS, and Cloud domains, we are now expanding into product-led growth while actively supporting global clients through our service offerings.

We are now seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Partner from the EMEA region to collaborate on a partnership basis and help us grow our market presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.


What We're Looking For:

An independent, proactive, and well-connected Sales Partner who can:

  • Identify and engage new leads in the EMEA region for projects in AI(LLM, Langchain, GenAI, VectorDB, Machine Learning), Python, Backend (Django/FastAPI), and Frontend (React/Next.js/Vue).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative selling approach.
  • Represent PySquad in meetings, proposals, and partnership discussions.
  • Strategically expand our footprint by targeting industries like fintech, healthtech, edtech, travel-tech, and manufacturing.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales and lead generation activities.
  • Pitch PySquad’s services to decision-makers (CTOs, founders, digital heads).
  • Coordinate with our tech team to align client needs and feasibility.
  • Help close deals for fixed-cost, dedicated team, or consulting-based projects.
  • Participate in regional events, networks, or forums to build presence.
  • Provide feedback on service packaging, pricing, and regional trends.


Ideal Partner Profile:

  • Based in or has a strong network across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
  • Proven experience in tech sales, business development, or channel partnerships.
  • Good understanding of AI, software development lifecycles, and modern tech stacks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to work on a revenue-sharing/partnership model.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.


Partnership Model:

This is not a salaried position at present. Instead, we offer:
