At VANN, we design premium reusable drinkware and lifestyle products from bottles and cups to cooler bags and more. What started as a product-focused brand has evolved into a growing international business, active across e-commerce, marketplaces, retail and B2B partnerships.
We’re now entering the next phase: expanding our reach, strengthening partnerships, and building a brand that lives beyond just products.
To support this, we’re looking for a sales-driven operator who understands how to grow.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and contributing directly to VANN’s growth.
This is not a passive role, we’re looking for someone proactive, commercial, and well-connected.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new B2B opportunities (retail, corporate gifting, partnerships)
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Support expansion into new markets
- Think alongside the founders and contribute to long-term growth
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in sales / business development
- Strong commercial mindset
- Existing network is a big plus
- Independent, proactive, and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Well-organized and comfortable working with tools like Google Drive, Docs, CRM systems, and AI tools
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
