Sales Operations Coordinator | Beast Bites
Beast Bites launched on TikTok in 2023 as one of the earliest TikTok-native supplement brands and quickly became a top-performing brand on TikTok Shop within the health & wellness category. Now, in 2026, Beast Bites is leveraging that momentum to scale into brick-and-mortar retail, with active launches across mass, grocery, natural, specialty, and FDM channels. Role Overview
We are hiring a retail Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the administrative and operational backbone for our retail sales organization. This is not a quota-carrying or selling role. Instead, you will act as the key liaison between retail sales, operations, distributors, brokers, and internal teams—owning the paperwork, systems, coordination, and reporting required to successfully sell into and scale with major retailers. The role is fully remote with 10–20% travel for trade shows, retail meetings, and team events.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between retail sales and internal operations
• Manage new item setup and retailer onboarding
• Handle retail compliance documentation, paperwork, portals, and distributor requirements
• Coordinate samples, mock-ups, presentations, and line review materials
• Support brokers, distributors, and national retail partners
• Assist with forecasting, demand planning, and reporting using Excel and fragmented systems
• Work across platforms such as SPS Commerce, WERCS, distributor portals, and Shopify
• Support trade shows, sales meetings, and company events as needed
• Operate comfortably in an environment with limited structure and evolving processes
Required Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry, preferably supporting retail or operations
• Experience with big-box B2B retail environments
• Startup, fast-growth CPG experience
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment
• Flexible, scrappy, and comfortable with change
• Familiarity with SPS Commerce, WERCS, and distributor portals

• Salary range: $65,000–$75,000
